By accessing or using Healthy Aging Atlas (healthyagingatlas.com), including its MCP API endpoint at /api/mcp/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or API.

These terms apply to all visitors, readers, and developers who access any part of the Healthy Aging Atlas platform, including website content, API endpoints, and programmatic integrations.

No medical advice. All content on Healthy Aging Atlas — including supplement descriptions, evidence summaries, trust scores, rankings, and product recommendations — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No warranty on accuracy. The Healthy Aging Atlas MCP server at https://healthyagingatlas.com/api/mcp/ is provided for legitimate integration with AI agents and developer tools. By using the API, you agree to the following terms:

Permitted use: You may use the API to query supplement data for informational purposes, to power AI assistant responses, or to build non-competing applications that cite Healthy Aging Atlas as the data source.

Prohibited use: You may not use the API to: (a) scrape or re-sell our supplement data in bulk; (b) build a competing supplement ranking or recommendation service without attribution; (c) send abusive, automated traffic that degrades service for other users; (d) submit personal health information, personally identifiable information, or sensitive data in API query parameters.

No SLA. The API is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime, response time, or data freshness. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue API access at any time without notice.

Affiliate links in responses. API responses include Amazon Associates affiliate links. When purchases are made through these links, Healthy Aging Atlas may earn a commission. Affiliate relationships do not influence trust scores or rankings.

Fair use. The API is free to use within fair-use limits. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block IP addresses that send excessive requests.

Healthy Aging Atlas participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates. Product links on the site and in API responses may be affiliate links. Purchasing through these links earns us a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Editorial independence. Affiliate relationships do not influence supplement rankings, evidence grades, or editorial recommendations. Rankings are determined by trust scores based on evidence quality, third-party certifications, and formulation integrity.

All content on Healthy Aging Atlas — including text, trust scores, evidence summaries, page designs, and data structures — is the property of Healthy Aging Atlas and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts (under 50 words) with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of our content, republish our evidence summaries, or use our trust scores in competing products without written permission.

The Healthy Aging Atlas name, logo, and brand are trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

No endorsement. Mention of a supplement, brand, or product on this site does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of safety or efficacy.

"As is" provision. The site and API are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healthy Aging Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, API, or any supplement information provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 USD.

This site links to third-party websites including Amazon, iHerb, and product manufacturer sites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites.
